how come the f900 maps during daytime can sometimes be white, then green, or both? does this signify anything? can it be changed to all white?

if its like my Mitsu Nav was, the green indicates a park or national landmark or government land
white/yellow'ish color is area that is not fully detailed yet on the map
blue of course is water lol, first time I ever seen that was when my friends and I took my Lancer to Myrtle Beach for the first time

Technically, yes it can, but it involves some in-depth modifications to the units flash disk.
