When ever i press the mufti functional button you know the big one that also controls the volume, Its mutes anything playing then freezes, im not muting but i guess trying to open the voice command screen but it never works, Any suggestions.

That is because the D-series does not have voice command. Pressing the volume knob switches between and/or turns off the AV source.
