I am so glad this website exists!!!!

I hope I can get some help and fix it myself and not have to take into the shop.

Here's my problem: I got my Z2 installed about 6 months ago and haven't had any problems until recently my sound would cut out, but I can still hear the bass booming from my box in the trunk. I have a Mercedes ML320 and there is an amp, boom box, and speakers in the trunk. It seems like when I go over a bump or just turn off and on my car ithe sound would come back, but then cut out and I can only hear the bass.

Anyone got any clues or had this problem?

check your wiring connectors on your highs if they touch or ground out on something it will cause the deck to send them into protect and thus leaving the subs on with no music
