Nav is operating in memory mode and I'm 99% sure the map disc is in there. Nothing will eject when I press eject. Is there a way to get it out or figure out if it's not in there? I don't want to put another disc in and have a bigger problem than I already have!

The very first thing you want to do is to pull the unit out and check to make sure you haven't accidentally inserted the disk through a gap at the top of the unit... so the disk is sitting on top of the radio and not inside of it. You would be amazed at how many times that actually happens.

I had a feeling that's what you were going to say. I tried to look thru there and see if I could see it but no such luck. I can't imagine it's that easy to pull the unit out (w/o taking dash apart) I guess I have to wait a few days to see if my dad can help...
