Hello,

I went through the user manual and set all options to the way I thought I wanted them.

Remember setting a map view somewhere to Satellite. Now when the map zooms out I get a globe with North America on it and a small icon where I am.

I have spent around 2 hours trying to find where I set this so I can undo it.

Anyone know where in the menus this is?

Can't you just zoom back in? If you push up or down on the volume knob, it will zoom in and out.

Turned off auto-zoom?

Yes I can but when the auto zoom out kicks in it goes back to the satellite view. Before I changed the setting I can not find now it zoomed out to about 10 miles. The setting I changed had three options, satellite, something like far and mid. But I can not find it now.

Just installed yesterday, box had a blue sticker on it for already having update. Seems to work very nice except for address book not showing home, work, cell and others. Also presets doe not show freq. Other than that Blue Tooth works great and music and rear camera start in about 5/10 seconds after starting car.

Yes that works but really would like to use it if I could set it back to a more reasonable distance.

Found it, when I set one of the POI groups to display I put 1 of them into Satellite view.
