Hi,

I following the instructions in the manual to try and set the mute options, yet when I goto the system systems menu that option doesn't exist. Is this a software bug or a problem with the installation?

go to av screen, press av settings, press mute level (all, -10db, -20db), and press mute (bottom left hand corner) til u see guide/tel/vr to mute everything wen receiving command or call.
