My AVIC D2 does not load the nav disk when i power it on it says loading pioneer navigation but then goes to please insert appropriate disk, so then i eject the disk and reinsert it and it does the same thing. i did reset it from the front but it did the same thing.

please any help would be appreciated

Did this just happen suddenly, or did you buy it used and it was already like that?

If the latter, my guess would be someone used a newer disc in it and you'll need to go through the downgrade procedure to use the original disc. I believe a search should find the downgrade procedure.
