I need to locate the speed sensor and the reverse gear wire locations. Crutchfield can't find them.

speed sense wire - blue/white at the ecm/pcm in a white plug behind the glove box or behind the instrument cluster at the speedometer plug

reverse wire - green in the driver's kick panel, in the harness towards the rear

If you want your Bose to work right, you might want to get that wiring harness that has the RCA connectors on the speaker lead.

You can't also get a regular honda harness p/n 70-1721, and a cheapo set of rca's. Cut the ends off the rcas about 6 or so inches long. Strip those and hook the center conductor up to the +speaker lead on the 1721 and the outer sheild to the negative speaker lead. Finally make sure you hook the remote lead from the avic up to the power antenna wire of the 1721. Instant bose interface.
