I have been getting " static" intermittently when the unit is turned off but with the truck running. Any ideas what may cause this?

Is the static coming from all speakers? Or just the subs?

Is it an amplified system? Or just deck power?

What kind of truck?

There isn't an amp just the deck power and it seems to be coming from the right front but it may be all the speakers,it isn't very loud and I just noticed it.

Make sure the speaker terminals aren't shorting out intermittently on the door panels or something metal in the dash.
