so i'm gettin a 04 escaldde ext, the truck comes with the factory navigation sytem as well as a factory 6 disc cd changer. my question is im going to be installing my d3 in the truck but was wonderin if i could hook up the 6 disc cd changer that way i could leave the gps navigation disk for my d3 inside it and when i wanted to pop in a cd or dvd maybe i could use the changer. also is there any way of using the stock gps antenna on the d3? jus for a cleaner look?

If the 6 cd changer has Audio wires (red and white) then yes, otherwise I'm pretty sure no. you can't use the stock antenna unless it has the same kind of plug. where is the stock antenna, maybe you can put the avic antenna there.

If it's the factory CD changer I'm thinking of, it's head-unit controlled. Pioneer can't control it.
