Hi all!

I've been searching for the past hour or so trying to figure out some wiring. The Z2 is from Ebay and seems to have arrived with all the wiring harnesses. However, according to the instructions from the manufacturers site Connector 1 should have front and rear RCA outputs as well as an amplifier turn on lead. The harness that I have in front of me has an AV OUT (red white yellow RCA), AV IN 1 (red white yellow RCA), AV IN 2 (red white yellow RCA) and a rear view camera connection (yellow RCA). There is no blue amp turn on wire and no front/rear output.

Connector 2 has REAR MONITOR OUTPUT (red white yellow RCA), REAR VIEW CAMERA IN (brown RCA), WIRED REMOTE INPUT (jack), and a yellow with black stripe wire.

The power supply connnection has everything that is expected and the speaker outputs. It also has the power antenna connection.

The manual says that in order to use external amplifiers I need to connect to the output on Connector 1 (front, rear rca and amp turn on). My question is: Do I have the wrong harness for connector one? Can I reasign the RCAs in the Z2's setup?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried searching but I haven't found the answer to my questions.

I would say that you have the wrong conector 1. You should not have 2 rear camera inputs... This may be a connector 1 for a D3...

Many thanks. I found a shop in town willing to sell me just the connector. I suspect that you are correct and I will be going down to the shop to look at the connector at lunch time.
