I am trying to upgrade my Z2 firmware due to the freezing issue. I have searched the forum and had no luck with the answer to this question. How do I make the CD-R work in the HU. I use the software Nero and I tried a straight data disk, iso disk and iso finalized disk and they all can not be read by the HU. It just says CD-Rom inserted.

Did you follow the instructions on the site?

The file needs to be in that folder, as specified in the instructions on that site.

I believe I did but does it have to be a ISO format or a regular data format.

What is mode-1 format, maybe I am missing that!
