Just put in unit and everything worked great for 6 days and then all of a sudden,the dim mode keeps coming on.I cannot see it in the day time.when i rest the unit it stays on bright for 1 min then goes to dim

please help .And everythin is hooked up the right way.I even disconnected illumination wire and still stays dim .

I also have a back up on a sd card how do i load it onto the unit.

all I can think of is, your car have day time running lights, Check to see if your GPS is getting the right time for ur Unit, or something with your wireing went wrong.

Have you done any mods.
