Alright, so I'm looking to get the SIRIUS Sat-Radio service. However, I'm a little confused as to what I need to get before I go ahead and get the service.

Do I need to buy the SC-C1 universal tuner?

Do I need to buy the Pioneer Adapter (CD-SB10)? Or does the D3 already have a built in one? where I can just plug a tuner in?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need a D3 and the Sirius Receiver. Then you will need to install both and activate your radio with Sirius.

you will need all those parts you listed. I've done this in my Charger and used the SCC1C tuner, with the pioneer to sirius IP bus interface. Works perfectly.
