I've upgraded the firmware to my Z2 to fix the freezing problem, but now the back-up camera won't automatically come on if the car is put in reverse.

I also can't select the camera option from the MAP menu. Is there something in the system settings somewhere that I need to mess with to get this going again?

Go to AV settings, then system settings tab, then camera input "on".

This will default to 'off' after an upgrade.

Exactly, it changed the camera setting to off when you hit the reset button...
