I just have one question maybe someone can help me I have a 60 gig dive it works fine but It seems like every mourning when I first start my car the unit (avic z2) comes on and the words appear (black screen) can not use hdd and you can not do anything until you cut the ign. on and off maybe about 6 times and then it loads up ok for the rest of the day this is a every day thing what could be the problem.

What is the HDD model? I would try to reimage the hdd first, and if that did not fix the issue, I would try replacing the drive. You should be able to RMA it through Toshiba, or where ever you purchased it.
