if somebody has the time, could you create a new thread that shows new and clear pictures of exactly what to do for the bypass on an avic-z3? *I* know about http://www.sminntech.com/z1flash.html#newbypass and it seems pretty clear cut to me, but my installer is insisting that that bypass is for the z1 and z2 and he seems very stubborn. if i can find a post with different pictures and one saying specifically the z3, i think i can convince him to do his job. if i hadnt already paid, i would go somewhere else but its too late for that...
