Like the title says, my HU is staying on but the radio itself is shutting down all on it's own. So far it has happened twice. Once while I was on the Map (sounds stopped and I noticed the little icon in the bottom right corner now read "off") and once while I had the HD radio screen up. Was able to go right to menu both times and select HD radio and have it turn right back on. When it happened on Sunday I wasn't that concerned about it, but since it happened again today I'm concerned this may turn into a constantly reoccurring problem. Has Anyone else had this issue?

I don't listen to the radio much, if at all, but this happens with my ipod almost daily. Usually when I hit a bump the ipod will shut off, the HU doesn't lose power, and then if I hit another bump, it comes back on.

Weird.

I was cruising on the highway both times it happened to me, no bumps involved. But your post made me think. Maybe the iPod disconnect problem that plaques a lot of people isn't just an iPod issue, maybe it's an issue with all external A/V sources?
