Anyone had problems doing the firmware update?

I tried it yesterday, following the pioneer instructions but nothing happens.

Tried copying from both MAC and PC using different SD Cards but the system simply boots up normally.

I booted in testmode to sse if SD was showing up in the explorer and it does...tries to reset and nothing happens.....

Any ideas?

Are you sure you need an update? What version number does your system report?

You may already have the update.

Yeah... if your unit is already updated trying to install the update won't do anything.

sorry for the rookie mistake.

Funny...my unit really does nees the update....but It won't work...same problem. Anyway... now I'm waiting for Avic launcher to be released to see if it's really worth the trouble.
