I like the rest of you out there was very frustrated with the fact I spent 1k on a product that was unstable & unreliable. My unit (s) froze every time I started my truck, I had to reset it EVERY time. After returning (3) units to Best Buy I finally got a unit that actually works. It has been 2 whole days and I have not had 1 problem! Hopefully this will instill some sort of relief to potential & existing customers. This unit is awesome when it works!
