Can Windows CE 5.00 (in my F500BT) can be upgraded to version 6.0 R2?
If is possible, is it worth it?

Upgrade Windows CE 5.0 to 6.0

Unless you also rewrite all the AVIC software, there won't be much benefit -- all the software on the unit is perfectly happy with CE 5.0

It might make _some_ sense if, ahem, end-users roll up their/our own software that has all the same navi and A/V functionality and actually needs any of the improvements in 6.0.
Existing software most probably will run under 6.0 but with no additional benefits, and of course Pioneer will not support it (well, not that they were doing such a whizbang job as is)...
