Sometimes when I am driving, my head unit will flicker off for a second. The music isn't interrupted, but it is annoying. Now that I think of it, my stock head unit would do the same thing, except it would stop playing music, and turn back on. I'm not sure if it's related. Why is this?

It's not uncommon if it's first when the unit is still loading up, because it's only the unit being slow to boot. How long are you driving for before you notice this?

It seems to happen at random, I'll pay attention to how long it lasts. I'll be driving for a while sometimes and it will. I might just tell the electronics store to install a new one because it's broken though.
