First off I love the forum. I just recently got a great deal on a 2007 Commander and I love it. Since I got it I've been looking for an in dash Nav/DVD/CD touch screen player to install. After a lot of research I've finally settled on the Pioneer Avic Z3. (If you guys have any other suggestions then I would love to hear. I am still open to anything.)

So now I have a couple of questions. I've been doing alot of research but have been wanting to ask a few questions just to make sure.

Should I order a dash for a 2007 with the navigation unit spot or just have my buddy custom my current dash?

Also I want to be able to use Sirius satellite radio so would I have to order a separate wiring unit or does it come out of the box ready?

Is there anything else I would need to order to have installed so that I'll be able to use the unit to it's full potential.

Also are TheCameraProfessionals.com a legit website to buy from?

I know I sound like a complete newb, but to be honest I really am lol. I just want make sure I do everything right the first time and not have to tear everything out because I didn't do enough research and ask enough questions. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you will have to buy the module for the Sirius separately. I would buy the dahs with the nav spot its a much cleaner look.

not sure about that website.

Use the module by Peripheral which is the CHYAH05. It gives you VSS, PB, REV, and data amp turn of if your vehicles equipped. Also if you have Steering wheel controls buy the PESWICAN and the PESWIPS you'll thank me later when you install time is cut in half.

"TheCameraProfessionals.com " to me it looks like a legit site. I took a closer look at their site and the fine txt. Your good to go if you want to order from them.

If you want to be more on the safe side. Give the 1800 number a call and see what happens. :)

Thanks for the help guys. I ended up finding a great deal on a Z3 and picked that up. I was going to purchase the one from thecameraproffesionals.com but did some research. Do not purchase from them. Type them in google and you'll get a whole bunch of websites that talk about they're not legit. Just a heads up for anyone looking for a good price. I guess it was too good to be true.
