Has anyone encountered this problem that i'm having. I just purchased the F90 bt and when I go to MSN Direct and hit the status button to get my ID number to activate my account. I get an error message stating Firmware upgrade failed. Thanks in advance.

well have you tried upgrading your firmware again with the pioneer update? that may fix your issue.

Yeah I have an F900BT and I get the same problem. The only difference is that the unit worked fine for the first two weeks. It stopped for seemingly no reason before the 2.0 update. So seeing that there was an update in the works I thought I would wait it out...after updating i get the same error.

Ok, so i have been playing around with test mode, and i have a question. Which files control the MSN direct tuner? If we can find out what these are then we can try and fix the problem. Also any possible way to access the service mode.
