I think the current state of this product is ridiculous, and therefore I am going to present the better business bureau and Pioneer Electronics with the below peition. Could everyone please sign it and state all your issues. It would really help.

You do realize they are working on an update? Someone on here already filed with the BBB and got a phonecall that an update is on the way. This petition is worthless until after we see if the update fixes stuff
It would probably help if you posted in the correct forum.
