Installed the F90, and power antena always goes on upon start. the ANT feature does not shut it off, any suggestions on why this is happening?

Which blue wire did you hook it up to in the decks harnesses?

I ahd this installed, so im not entirely sure.

I'm betting they connected the antenna to the amp enable wire instead of the antenna wire. The antenna should only go up when you are utilizing a source that requires it.

Wait...what if you have MSN enabled? That requires FM, right? Would that make it turn on with the unit power?

There is an option in settings to have it have the antenna up whenever the unit is powered on or only when a source is using it. I don't know if you tried that yet.
