i just buy it my navi z2 almost 1years ago $2000.but from begininig i had problem for frezzing .sometimes works and sometimes frezzing.the morning time after start engine my navi works good but after turn off engine and start agian will be frezzing.is that fair pay $2000 and we"re not comfortable? always have problems like frezzingand routh couldn"t possible. sombody tell me what i have to? send to pionner or upgrade?i can do it myself ?realy realy need help

Have you applied the patch from pioneer to fix the freezing issue:

You can also upgrade your drive to Z3, and that would fix the same issue.
