i just bought a display model from best buy...from where i work. i payed 200 for it. well the nav disk that is in there is stuck....and i cant get it out. as there a force eject??? or does anyone know how to get the disk out if it wont eject?? thanks

Press and hold track forward and menu at the same time, and do not let them go. Hit the reset button, and do not let go of the other buttons untill the unit reboots.

similar thing happened with mine ( a display model form circuit city) i ended up sending it into pioneer and all they did was a reset.
