Memorry allocation failed

every time i start the avic-s1 i get this error msg"EXCEPTION Memory allocation failed! line 5174 Error:87" if i press ok several times it changes to: "Fatal Application Error Application MNAVDCE.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

It seems that the nav app is causing some error, is there any way to get the original app?.

You will need the DVD to re-load the original software.

 

Possibly a SD card with the software would work as well.
