Every time I turn on my F700 I have msg about improper connection of a brake wire, is parking brake bypass will fix that? (software or hardware)

I assume you're getting the parking brake message because you've grounded it but the car is in motion. You'll get the error if you didn't finish the hardware bypass (moving the mute wire and grounding it) or performing the software bypass. See the hacks forum for more information.
