I have never been able to sync my phonebook with the 700BT.

No problem doing the same thing with my TomTom510, but not even a sniff with the Pioneer.

Any thoughts?

You need to provide more information for us to actually be able to help you. Outline the process you've gone through, each step of the way, and where the actual problem occurred.

Standard attempt, just followed the instructions provided by the unit.

Hit the "Phonebook Transfer" button.

Follow the prompts ... and then I get to this:

"Send Business Card ..."

My phone has no operation to send anything.

I have tried hitting "OK" at that point and the BT light starts flashing but then the rest of the system become unresponsive outside of having control over my media inputs.

If I don't hit "OK", then that window just sits there and nothing else seems to be happening (BT light is solid).

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like your best bet is to manually edit your contacts via the database file on the F-Series.
