Does anyone know how to set the Avic-F900BT back to factory default??

My HD Radio screen is locked and won't let me change any of the channels or HD options under the function settings....

Please help. I have tried everything. It was working since the unit was installed. I have a Y splitter but not getting anywhere now with the screens. Also no sound and no signal. I have pulled it out and antennas are all ok. Can't change bands or anything.

I even upgraded to 2.0 firmware and the HD Radio screens are still locked. Again, can't change channel or anything.

Did you try the reset hole?

Yes reset hole on the Head Unit does not do anything. I'm now wondering if its the Pioneer HD-Radio unit.

I think I found my problem. I think the MSN DIRECT and HD RADIO are fighting over signal strength from my stock car antenna due the Y splitter I installed to get both to work. I got into the car today and the HD RADIO worked. I was like what!!! However I saw my signal strength of my MSN Direct was almost zero.

I'm going to try a FM Booster from Crutchfield and see if that helps.

I have the same splitter and i get msn but my antenna always show zero. HD works like a gem as far as reception. The quirks i have is no preset info and next preset buttons tends to skip channels, it goes from 1 to 4 or 6 to 3.

I have the same issue with presets (both no names and skipping) but even with a splitter, I have both HD Radio and MSN working relatively well...
