How to Back up GPS Favorites and Radio Presets?

Is it possible to back up GPS Favorites and Radio Presets without downloading the whole operating system to an SD or USB Card?

Don't know about presets, but favorites are in

My Flash Disl\USER\UserData\iGo\save\favorites.dat file...

That sounds like it's part of the Windows CE file and I have to do a downlaod.

I was hoping to not become a hacker....

It's a standard iGO file, nothing to do with Windows CE (other than that's what AVIC runs).
