My f90bt stopped booting up today :\ I went for a drive and the unit keeps sitting on the system loading message when it boots up and is loading navi... nothing has been modified since it was last working... is cold an issue? any way of me restoring to default? I have 2.0 installed

Any assistance would be greatful, I dont want to have to call pioneer and have them try to figure it out over phone...

It's either that or i go return it to where i bought it and swap for a different one.

Sorry to hear it bro

Of all the complaints on the forum, this is not one of them I've seen yet. Do yourself a favor and try to ruleout the firmware update. Get your SD card and load the testmode files (find this in the hacks forum) and then try and boot the unit off the SD card. If it still doesn't boot, its something pretty serious. Either way, you're probably going to have to send it in to Pioneer.. or if the store you bought it from has a warranty, you could go exchange it.

the store took back the wall unit and gave me a new one... so i got a new unit for 639 bucks :P instead of 1200... runs perfecto... i think the unit was shotty, this unit runs a lot smoother and faster in comparison to the other one.
