Just wanted to put in a word of thanks to this forum for helping me do the install and bypass hack on the F700BT I put into my Camry this past weekend. The F700BT seems to be working perfectly, except that I haven't had a chance to import my phone numbers to the unit yet.

 

I found that the first 70% of the job was taking off the dashboard and center console panels, 15% was wiring up the harness, and the last 15% was putting everything back together. I couldn't believe how much easier it was to put everything back.

 

I only wound up with three left over screws. The funny thing is, there used to be a rattle somewhere in the dashboard that is now no longer there.

 

My unit came from Crutchfield and had the 2.0 update already done. The boot up time seems reasonable to me.
