Quick question. The writeup suggests that you first unlock the drive, then disable security, and then create a backup image of the drive. Is this only valid if you use the $43 unlock service? If you use the $5 unlock service, it will wipe your drive and you will be taking an image of a blank drive, correct?
I don't care all that much about saving any data, but I do want a backup image of the Z2 drive in case anything goes wrong. Is it possible to create a restore image of the Z2 drive with Acronis before it is unlocked so that I could restore it back to the way it was (after unlocking) in the event I run into problems?
