I tried burning a Memorex DVD-R full of MP3's, divided up into about 10-11 different folders. I filled the DVD-R up almost to the brim, and I left room to burn any extra data needed.

I popped the disc into my D3, and I got an error message (can't remember what number).

My question is, is it possible to load up a DVD-R with MP3 files and use it on my D3? I want to consolidate all of my MP3 CD-R's onto one DVD, so I would really appreciate any help regarding getting this to work.

I have burned a crapload of MP's to a DVD and it works fine. Only difference is, I did not seperate mine into different folders, just put them all in the root with no folder. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. Only thing is, it works best if you just let it play them in order or random. Searching for a specific song is pretty slow. Only shows a few on the screen at once and the scrolling is really slow. If your song is way down the list, it can take awhile to find it.
