Is it necessary to wire the brake and reverse wire?

You only need to connect the reverse signal wire if you want to install a Backup Camera.

As for the parking brake signal wire, you need to ground it and follow the rest of the Avic Z series bypass instructions.

So I don't have to or need to install reverse wire if i dont install rear view camera? Is it absoulouty not necessary to install reverse wire?

It is absolutely, positively, 100% totally, without a doubt, no questions asked, never, ever, with a cherry on top unnecessary to connect the reverse wire if you don't use a reverse camera.

If it is never unnecessary - isn't it always necessary?

I'll clear this as well

The parking brake wire must be hooked up if you do not perform the hardware or software bypass.

The reverse wire is only necessary if you intend to use a backup camera.

well labor is free since you are better off doing it yourself. if you're too inept to do it yourself, labor will run you $100+

cameras vary.. I bought this one:

You'll need to run +12v and an RCA cable for video to the rear, wherever you plan on installing this creature.

Theres a bunch of cameras you can use, any that have RCA output shold work
