There have been quite a few articles and press releases regarding the new 2.0 firmware, for example:

http://www.dealerscope.com/article/pion ... 562_1.html

http://www.twice.com/article/CA6612696.html

In the articles they all mention a new $100 rebate:

"In addition, Pioneer is offering a $100 rebate on three AVIC-F series models through Jan. 06, 2009. The models on rebate include the AVIC-F90BT, AVIC-F900BT and AVIC-F700BT."

I just bought a F90BT this week, and was wondering if anybody knows how to get this $100 rebate?
