Hi all i am a newbie, just install 90bt in my truck. did the hard bypass and it working fine. update the firmware, but for some reason. it keep on saying system starting please wait at the menu screen and it reboot it self every 5 minutes or so. i can get to the Audio sources and Contact. the warning would be gone in those screen, but when i am back the the menu. that warning is still there. ![]()
f90bt keep on rebooting PLZZZ HELP
First things first, hit that little reset button in the top left corner; hold it down for 5 seconds and let it reset itself, see if that helps.
If it persists, unplug the IPBUS connector, any USB devices and make sure there are no SD cards in the drive. If it stops rebooting, then plug each device back in one at a time and see which one makes the unit start rebooting.
If it still persists, it'll be time to call Pioneer.

I tried resetting, that didn't work. i tried unplug the IPBUS. that didn't work either. still have that "system is starting Please wait" message. thanks
Is it the lastest firmware I belive the latest firmware fixes a "reboot" issue.
I also had a similar issue and it was a wiring fault a simple loose power / ground wire. I hope this helps. If you remove the unit and run it direct from a battery does it continue to reboot?

i updated it to the 2.0 and all the wires are good. it reboot only when the thing on the menu screen say "starting up system please wait". once in a blue moon the screen goes away then its ok.
Go ahead and call Pioneer, see if they can help you.
