Hey guys just installed the F90 and i have a iPod photo, i'm not sure what version that is but it's definetly a few years old. it has a color screen but came out before the first video iPod.

Anyways, when i hook it up it tells me my iPod is not reconized, am i doing something wrong? btw i'm using the pioneer ipod cable that came with the F90.

Go to Pioneer's website and confirm that your iPod is compatible with the F series. Not all iPods are compatible.

Ipod compatibility chart, not that it means much for the newer ones, but nothing older. Nano 1st gen and up is all that is officially supported.
