One thing I just realized is that I'm getting zero AM reception...not bad, not could be better, nothing...I had it w/my stock stereo & I had it when my D3 was installed in my other vehicle...does anyone know off hand what it could be??

I'm not sure...I have a 2006 Lexus IS250...there's no visible antenna, it's internal...don't know if it's powered or not...I'll do some research & see if I can find out...

check the antenna connection at the back of the unit as well as the connection on any antenna adapter you have from the factory antenna cable

Yes, I'm getting a perfect FM signal & zero AM at the moment...The shop that installed my D3 looked at all the connections & said evrything is correct...I'm at a loss at the moment on what could be wrong...

i'm getting the same issue. I'm in a 2006 vibe, so it's a standard antenna that stays up all the time.

I've got near perfect if not perfect FM reception, but AM is not there. it's quiet at best, and crackly if it gets anything. i have to crank the volume to 20 to just hear it
