Should I be seeing the unit power on by only hooking up the red/yellow and ground wires? Or does it need to be hooked up to the hideaway unit to turn on?? I think my N3 is fried.....

u need the hide-a-way hooked up as well.

The only thing that will show power without the hideaway unit is the red security light that flashes behind the detachable face plate.

will any brain work n1 n2 n3 can you confirm an n1 brain on n3 deck
