Has anyone out there updated their 1st gen iPod Touch to the latest 2.2 firmware and hooked up to the F-series yet? I don't want to go through the trouble of downgrading my firmware again if it does not work again.

I am going to try it. Going to update my iPod tonight and see what happens tomorrow. I suspect that it should work, but who the heck knows.
