Hello, I just purchased the new Sprint Touch Pro which is a windows mobile device. I have connected bluetooth phones to my avic d3 before but I have a question with this one. How do I set it up so it will automatically detect my phone for the bluetooth music? Is it possible to have bluetooth music and the bluetooth phone hooked up or is it one or the other? I can connect it once but as soon as I turn off the car the connection is gone and I have to re-sync it everytime I drive. Also, if I even try to sync it as a phone now it says invalid device... Any Ideas?

Since the bluetooth unit stays connected the entire time and is a "first generation" it does not support both functions from one device.

If you disconnect one setting, the other works, it is just manual and then takes the phone feature away if you are listening to music from the device.

I stuck with my ipod for my music.

Ideally if we could have both work at the same time, then voice dial would confirm through the speakers of the radio.

I have the BB Storm and mine connects to both BT and BT Audio at the same time and work GREAT. Mine also auto detects.
