Hi:

I'm having a problem with the Rear View Mode on my Z2, there's nothing displayed from the camera - just a black screen next to the map.

I've read the manual, and tried all the settings I could find. The camera is working, and I figure the camera settings are correct, because when I go into reverse, I get the reverse camera image.

I'd appreciate any help.

You need to hook the red wire for the camera up to accessory power, not the reverse wire of your car

So, the camera will work for reverse purposes, OR trailer monitoring purposes (in Rear View Mode), but not both?

Never mind, I think I got it. The camera is currently only being powered by the reverse circuit. So..., I need to run the camera to accessory power (as you said), AND keep the head unit connected to the reverse circuit.
