Some of the issues I am having is:

1. Can't hear any voice when I press the bluetooth button, Sending and Recieving calls.

2. When I touch the navigation button for route directions I do not hear any sound either.

I get sounds from all other AV sources besides those two (Bluetooth & Navi) Is there an option I must press to allow sounds? I went through all the menu's of navi and phone menu and the sound is turned all the way up.

In the lower right side of the screen you should see an icon of a speaker. If that speaker icon has a red "X" on it, then the sound is muted.

There is also a volume control in the menu for Phone and Navi that is sperate from the music volume button.
