Hi everyone,

I'd like to start by thanking to all who made the first day less stressful and painful after the shock of having my F900bt. I was expecting a "wow" experience but rather regretted having paid so much money to a terribly buggy product by Pioneer.

So far, I only managed to fix my not-working bluetooth via 3.30 update.

Now that I'd like to stay on the original loader for a while all I'm dreaming of is to at least update the old map (2007.07) with the one I have (2008.04) for I-Go 8.0.

Could someone please tell me is it possible to do this and how. Just dried my eyes last night looking for a solution before I post this but there seems to be no "dummies' guide" on how (or if) to change the original map files on the system and whether there is any way to go back if things go wrong.

Search the forum for a thread about loading any iGO maps on the unit. There is a link to hacked EzRider.EXE (name of iGO executable on AVIC) and license files.

Copy existing map files to a storage card.

Copy hacked EzRider and new maps from a storage card to the unit.
