can someone help me figure out why my arrow is facing the wrong direction in the map.

Say im headed south...the arrow will show that im heading north, and that i am driving backwards...It is especially annoying when getting directions, when they tell me to make u turns. Its been like this for a while, but is now getting very irritating.

yes ive reset the unit several times

Is the VSS connected?

Is the reverse wire connected properly?

Was this a used unit, or was it installed in another vehicle at some point? If so, you need to reset all the 3D calibration options.
