I just got my AVIC-F90BT today, I have already done the mute wire repositioning for the motion hack. I did have one question though, I have read that the Orange wire from the HVAC is the VSS wire, at least in 06 versions of the tC. Can anyone confirm if this is the same for the 2007 tC?

I have an 06 Scion xA. That is the wire used in my car for VSS. I would think it would be the same.

is it just orange or orange and silver?

Man, I installed that when I had my D3. But now I have the F700 and it doesn't use the VSS wire. That was like 2 months ago man. I don't remember exactly, but I know it was orange. I browsed scionlife.com forums and found it there. If you haven't been there (which I'm sure you have) give it a shot and see what you can find over there. GL.
